Resting electrocardiogram of a 43 year-old man with recurrent palpitations.

Interpretation: Abnormal ECG. Sinus rhythm. Short PR interval. Delta wave. Prolongation of QRS complex. Secondary repolarization abnormalities. Electrocardiographic features of preexcitation (WPW - Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome) with accesory pathway in the posteroseptal area of the left ventricle.

The patient underwent electrophysiological study with radiofrequency ablation of the accesory pathway, normalization of the ECG and resolution of palpitations.
